Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-4th grade students with speech and language services starting August 17, 2026, and ending November 20, 2026. This full-time position offers the chance to make a significant impact by working directly with students in a vibrant educational setting near Lansing, MI. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ASHA certification (CCC), you’ll design and deliver direct therapy, collaborate with educators and families, and play a key role in students’ educational journeys. Qualifications you’ll bring:Active SLP license issued by the state of MichiganASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence required (not accepting SLP-CFs)Previous experience providing speech-language services within a school setting preferredExceptional communication, organization, and documentation skillsAble to manage a K-4 caseload and adapt interventions to meet developmental levels Key responsibilities include:Conducting speech and language assessments for early elementary studentsDeveloping and implementing individualized therapy plansCollaborating with teachers, special education staff, and parents to carry out effective interventionsMaintaining accurate records and compliance for IEPsContributing to student progress in both individual and group settings This is a full-time, 35-hour-per-week contract role in a supportive, student-focused school community.
