Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Support students in a dynamic educational setting by providing speech-language services as a contracted professional. This role serves a diverse student population, collaborating with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals. Make a positive difference by fostering language development and effective communication skills in children and adolescents. Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY considered Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to adapt and tailor services to meet individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and maximize participation in the classroom Contribute to IEP meetings, write thorough reports, and maintain accurate documentation Implement evidence-based practices and stay current with field developments Support a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all learners Participate in professional development opportunities as needed
