Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. The caseload is manageable, focusing on mild to moderate needs across approximately 40-50 students. Key Qualifications:Active CCC-SLP certification (or actively in process—be ready to discuss your status)Prior experience in school settings, especially with K-8 students, is highly valuedComfortable managing mild to moderate caseloadsAbility to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week within a traditional, in-person classroom settingWillingness to participate in a two-step interview process (Teams screening followed by an in-person or flexible panel interview) Core Responsibilities:Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services across assigned schoolsCollaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goalsMaintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reportsParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teamsAdapt strategies to support students’ diverse learning needs What You’ll Experience:Supportive, collegial environment—open to mentoring newer clinicians as well as valuing the insight of seasoned SLPsOpportunities to build connections across 16 school sites, serving approximately 7,000 studentsFlexible interview scheduling, mainly on Mondays and Fridays to accommodate your needsInsight into local certification requirements with resources readily available for out-of-state candidates Take this chance to make a lasting impact in an inclusive district.
