We’re hiring an experienced A/V Technician Specialist to join a high-performing onsite IT support team in Austin, TX (5x/week).
This role is hands-on and focused on keeping conference room and collaboration technologies running seamlessly in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Surface Hubs (display, audio, network settings)
Diagnose and resolve Crestron connectivity, audio, and video issues
Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), including UI and touch panel troubleshooting
Support Condeco, Barco ClickShare, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and related AV systems
Provide event and meeting support (onsite and occasional offsite)
Technical Support
Troubleshoot PC, Mac, AV, and network connectivity issues
Manage ServiceNow tickets with SLA awareness
Support Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365)
Perform asset management (shipping, receiving, tracking, disposal)
Provide printer installation and troubleshooting
Deliver VIP / white-glove executive support
Provide remote hands support (checking ports, tracing cables, rebooting hardware)
Qualifications
2+ years of onsite technical support experience (or related degree)
Hands-on experience with Crestron and Microsoft Teams Rooms
Experience supporting AV conference room technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Comfortable with occasional travel and after-hours support if required
