Runs audio for Lounge Bands.

Assists in the safety, proper maintenance, repair and technical work of any stage sets, meeting spaces and conventions.

Assists in the collected effort of any technical work needed for stage/meeting space set-up and breakdown.

Ensures proper lighting for stage and conventions.

Lighting reinforcement of all stage presentation or convention or special projects.

Operates motorized vehicles, i.e. hydraulic and electrically powered hi-reach (man lift) and hand tools.

Promotes Harrah's and acts in a professional and courteous manner.

Exhibits a positive outgoing personality.

Acts a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.

Sets up and maintains the sound and lighting systems in entertainment areas.

Operates the sound and light systems for assigned shows and events.

Assists in setup and strike of band equipment for different acts in entertainment venues

Handles all tech requests from set up.

Handles all department set up needs from setting up/tearing down staging to putting up banners for events

Qualifications

The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to fulfill the obligations of this position.

High school diploma or GED preferred
Three years experience in setup of sound, lighting and audio/visual systems required
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Oversees the day-to-day shift activities of Caesars Rewards.

Trains and motivates staff to provide superior customer service.

Maintain/update a variety of Total Rewards reports.

Is responsible for developing Caesars Rewards Department to its fullest potential, which includes staffing, training and developing employees.

Monitors and develop a checklist of daily operational procedures.

Monitors and reports on the bus line program processes.

Monitors uniform and conduct standards for Rewards area.

Acts as a role model to other employees. Always presents self as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.

Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Assists in the supervision of the bus greeting and de-greeting functions.

What You Will Need

High school diploma or GED required.

1 Year Customer Service experience preferred.

Prior experience with Total Rewards operations is preferred (i.e., sign-ups, comps, fulfillment).

Knowledge of the overall Total Rewards area, procedures and expectations preferred.

Knowledge of CMS, WINet (Computer Systems), EBank and DCRM preferred.

Must have good oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work well with others.

Basic computer skills required.

Must be self-motivated and feel comfortable working with a large volume of people.

Must be able read, write, speak and understand English.

In addition, it is recommended that all internal candidates complete the Exploring Supervisor Opportunities (ESO) readiness activities.

Must have the ability to improvise and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Event, Promotion and Entertainment preparation, support and execution

Responsibilities
Appears at events, casino parties, concerts and performances at the request of Events, Promotions & Entertainment Supervisor or Manager.

Greets and assists customers as a company representative.

Assists guests with questions about the upcoming property events, promotions & entertainment.

Processes show tickets for all guests, including comp and cash transactions.

Generates revenue by suggesting, selling and issuing show tickets directly to guests at the Box Office, via telephone or other assigned methods.

Efficiently makes reservations and issues tickets for off‑site ticket vendors.

Responsible for collecting funds, documentation and other required reporting items when selling/assigning show tickets.

Effectively presents information and responds to questions from other departments, customers, management team and public.

Greets customers and escorts them to their respective seats/tables in the venue, when assigned showroom usher duties.

Efficiently scans customers’ show tickets and provides necessary information.

Issues prizes during events and promotions inclusive of coin, cash, free slot play, reward credits and any other items/vouchers according to all standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.

Acts in a professional and courteous manner and exhibits a positive, outgoing personality.

Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Set up and tear down for large events and shows, including moving and arranging chairs, stanchions and signs, and carrying chairs up and down elevated risers.

Unpack all promotional items to prepare for and execute events, including unboxing, moving large quantities of gifts, preparing gifts for distribution, and breaking down empty boxes.

Performs light clerical work, including data entry.

Performs other duties as assigned by events, promotions and entertainment supervisors or manager.
