Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic school-based contract position providing speech-language pathology services to elementary and pre-k students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role supports a caseload of approximately 50-60 students, offering both individual and group services directly on site. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to empower students’ communication skills and contribute meaningfully within the school community. Required Skills and Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language PathologistPrior experience delivering school-based SLP services, including crafting and implementing IEPs and providing Medicaid billing documentationFamiliarity with assessment tools and procedures for pre-k and elementary age groupsAbility to deliver engaging therapy in both one-on-one and group settingsStrong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload efficientlyExcellent communication and collaboration abilities Position Responsibilities:Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide direct therapy to students with speech and language goalsAttend, lead, and contribute to IEP meetings; develop tailored treatment plansDocument progress, maintain accurate records, and complete Medicaid billing as neededCollaborate with educators, staff, and families to support holistic student developmentEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations for student services This opportunity runs from August 2026 through May 2027 and offers a rewarding chance to make a significant impact in a supportive educational setting.
