Scope of Work:
Type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus
Thyroid disorders: hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, goiter, polycystic ovary syndrome,
Thyroid fine needle aspirations (FNA) independently required
Avg 14-17 ppd
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MD license preferred, IMLC accepted with LOQ,
EMR: Epic
