- Scope of Work:
- Type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus
- Thyroid disorders: hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, goiter, polycystic ovary syndrome,
- Thyroid fine needle aspirations (FNA) independently required
- Avg 14-17 ppd
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MD license preferred, IMLC accepted with LOQ,
- EMR: Epic
