The Loss Prevention Analyst is responsible for monitoring and reducing risks across store operations through virtual audits, camera reviews, and incident verification. The role involves conducting biannual store audits, performing daily surveillance checks, and investigating incidents in coordination with onshore loss prevention managers. The analyst also monitors alerts (such as safes, alarms, and trackers), maintains accurate reporting, and ensures timely updates in internal systems.
This position requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to improve compliance and minimize losses, while also providing insights and recommendations to leadership based on audit findings. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are critical for success.
Role and Responsibilities The objective of a Loss Prevention Analyst is to conduct Virtual Audits of various stores biannually.
Perform daily camera audits for random stores.
Verify Incident Reports and Video Requests through cameras.
Carry out investigations assigned by onshore LP managers.
Monitor open safe alerts, trackers, and alarm alerts, and report immediately to leadership.
Add IM cases in the Portal.
Ensure excellence and accuracy are maintained at all times.
Maintain accuracy in reporting and meeting deadlines.
Attend weekly, daily, and monthly team meetings.
Perform additional tasks as assigned beyond the vertical.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen store compliance and reduce risks.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on audit findings for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Additional professional courses preferred.
Preferred Skills Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Customer Service/Quality Assurance background preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English.
Quality & client focus, phone skills, strong verbal and written communication.
Objectivity.
Ability to multi‑task.
Knowledge about loss prevention processes, audit methodologies, and compliance standards.
Knowledge about camera softwares and surveillance systems.
