Role Description
Lead and execute the organization’s data strategy by overseeing data and analytics initiatives, enabling data-driven business decisions. This role demands strong leadership, technical insight, and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in data analytics with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, BI tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in data governance
Experience in project and people management.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with EHR systems
Experience working in Healthcare
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Core Responsibilities
Define and implement the data and analytics vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Manage a team of analysts, engineers, and BI specialists.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Design and maintain data architecture, warehousing solutions, and reporting systems.
