Function
We’re looking for a Change & Communication Manager to join our client’s team and play a key role in driving the people side of a large‑scale SAP transformation program. In this position, you will ensure that organizational changes are successfully adopted, embedded, and translated into long‑term business value. You will work across multiple business domains, supporting process standardization, communication, and training initiatives within a complex, enterprise environment.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Change & Communication Manager, you will lead and coordinate all change‑related activities to ensure successful transformation outcomes:
Change Management & Transformation
Drive and manage organizational change initiatives linked to SAP implementation projects
Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes across multiple business domains (e.g. HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT)
Apply structured methodologies such as ADKAR to support transformation success
Contribute to benefit realization and long‑term value tracking
Communication & Engagement
Define and execute communication strategies across the organization
Facilitate internal communication, including events, stakeholder engagement, and community management
Ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging throughout the transformation journey
Training & Adoption
Design and implement training strategies for ERP systems
Develop training materials and coordinate training delivery for end‑users
Support users in adopting new tools, processes, and ways of working
Process & PMO Excellence
Support the standardization of business processes and promote a process‑driven culture
Set up and manage PMO structures, governance, and best practices
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including Lean management approaches
Profile – The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 10 years of experience in Change Management within large IT transformation programs
Proven experience across multiple functional domains (at least three such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, CRM, or MRO)
Strong background in PMO setup and management, with solid knowledge of project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK)
Hands‑on experience with change management frameworks, particularly ADKAR
Experience designing and delivering training strategies and materials for large ERP implementations
Proven expertise in business process design, audit, and optimization (Lean management experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Language & Practical Requirements
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum C1 level in all three languages)
Willingness to work on‑site in Belgium (3 days per week)
Experience & Expertise
Demonstrated ability to structure and lead PMO activities in large transformation environments
Proven success in developing communication and change strategies and executing them effectively
Strong track record in training development for ERP‑related programs
Ability to work independently with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach
Proven leadership skills and the ability to operate under pressure in complex environments
