SedMed is designed to improve quality of life for people with mobility challenges while reducing physical strain and injury risk for caregivers.
Mission-driven company focused on quality of life and human dignity
First-in-class product solving a pervasive, under-addressed problem
Large national market with clear clinical and economic pain
Direct access to the founder and influence over company direction
Opportunity to define a company — and a category — from the ground up
We are hiring a single, exceptional sales leader to own SedMed’s national commercial effort and introduce our first product to the U.S. market.
This role is designed for a proven healthcare sales professional who understands that the most impactful products aren’t always glamorous — but they change lives every single day.
This is not an entry sales role.
This is a market-owning, category-defining opportunity .
This role is designed for a proven healthcare sales professional with national-level relationships, market credibility, and a history of closing meaningful revenue — and it is structured to reward superior performance appropriately , with uncapped upside, meaningful equity, and a clear path to long‑term leadership for those who deliver exceptional results.
Why This Product Matters
Our first product happens to support one of the most vulnerable and overlooked moments in healthcare: using the bathroom safely and independently .
This is not about selling a “better toilet.”
It’s about preventing falls , reducing caregiver injuries , and preserving dignity in a moment where patients are most at risk and least empowered.
Every year, millions of patients fall or are injured during basic daily activities. Bathroom-related falls are among the most common and costly injuries in healthcare settings, and assisting patients with toileting is one of the leading causes of caregiver injury .

You want to leverage your credibility to introduce products that genuinely improve quality of life
You are comfortable lifting a 55 lb. toilet lift and demo toilet in a car and around the country
If you are drawn only to prestige products or incremental feature upgrades, this role will not resonate.
If you care about impact, outcomes, and human dignity , it will.
