Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at Views at Signal Mountain , a 124-unit apartment community in Chattanooga, TN.

What We Offer
$74,000 – $78,000 base salary (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Oversee all daily operations of a 124-unit apartment community
Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
Manage budgets, collections, and NOI performance
Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company standards
Deliver a high-quality resident experience
Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve community goals
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of multifamily property management experience
Proven success as a Property Manager
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Experience with budgets, collections, and financial reporting
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience with renovations or value-add communities is a plus
