Property Manager / Community Manager – Views of Brentwood | Brentwood, TN
Salary: $70,000 + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses
Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Community Manager to oversee Views of Brentwood , a beautiful apartment community in one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of multifamily property management experience
Experience leading leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office ; Entrata experience a plus
Bilingual helpful but not required
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the apartment community
Achieve occupancy and financial performance goals
Manage team development, training, and mentoring
Maintain accurate records, reports, and property systems
Deliver exceptional service and resident experiences
