Take ownership of high-impact design-build projects across the region.
This is more than a traditional PM role—you’ll be at the center of planning, design coordination, and construction execution , helping shape projects from early concept through final delivery. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can influence outcomes and drive results, this role puts you in the driver’s seat.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from pursuit through completion , including planning, budgeting, and execution strategy
Take ownership of project financials , managing budgets, minimizing risk, and protecting margins
Drive design-build coordination , ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction
Oversee procurement and proposal efforts , keeping projects moving from concept to contract
Develop and manage project work plans , schedules, and resource allocation
Conduct constructability reviews to identify risks early and improve execution
Coordinate across all stakeholders—owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor progress, lead status meetings, and proactively address challenges
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Serve as the key point of accountability for project delivery and client satisfaction

✅ What You Bring
10+ years of experience managing construction projects
5+ years specifically in design-build delivery
Background in heavy civil construction (bridges, transportation, infrastructure preferred)
Strong understanding of:
Project financials and cost control
Scheduling and resource planning
Construction means and methods
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results
Key Traits for Success
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Highly organized with excellent time management
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence teams at all levels
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Travel required based on project needs
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
