American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with acute care experience and MBS proficiency for a hospital-based travel contract with a rotating weekend schedule.
Details
Acute care hospital setting treating adult patients
Day shift schedule, 8:30am to 5pm, 5 days x 8 hours
Days of the week rotate; no on-call required
Weekend rotation required, approximately every 3rd Saturday and Sunday
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with adults required (1 year may be considered if acute care internship was completed) Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) experience required
Active, unrestricted SLP license in the state of assignment (license required if applicable) BLS certification (American Heart Association) ACLS certification (American Heart Association) PALS certification (American Heart Association) Must have worked in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months 2 supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past 2 years
Candidates must have no prior hits on their license
Additional Information
Experience with pediatric MBS is a strong plus
Candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
