Senior Production Coordinator

Our client, a swimwear manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator to join the team in New York. Walmart and Costco experience is a huge plus!
*This role is onsite 4 days per week in NYC*
Responsibilities:
Enter purchase orders and maintain PO worksheets
Work on Walmart & Costco business
Monitor T&A calendar
Handle costing
Manage and maintain WIP reports
Oversee sample submissions
Communicate with factories on sample updates
Approve layout of labels, hangtags, price tickets, and carton markings
Ensure prompt resolution of all production related issues
Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience in production in an apparel environment
Walmart and Costco experience
BlueCherry experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
In depth understanding of costing process at a factory level
Strong organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, print processes, details and fit
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
