High-Speed Analog / RF Design Engineer
Nokia, Sunnyvale, CA, United States
To join the SiGe team designing Driver and TIA for coherent long‑haul and metro systems as well as PAM4 data center systems, primarily using SiGe BiCMOS. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond.
Relevant experience from Research, Academia or Industry – across allied industries.
Deep understanding of detailed transistor-level design, device physics.
Proven experience in one or more areas:
Low noise / high linear >50GHz broadband analog circuits for optical front‑end
High‑precision analog circuits (e.g., linear regulators, bandgaps, DAC/ADC).
Solid expertise with EDA CAD tools, custom analog layout, 3D EM modeling
Experience in measuring IC performance and debug of design to correlate simulations to measurements
A range of experience is needed for numerous openings: Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Solid State Physics, including new graduates through industry veterans will be considered for various roles up to and including leadership
