About the Role:
As a Service Professional, you’ll diagnose and repair HVAC systems with precision and care. You’re a problem-solver and trusted advisor who takes pride in keeping customers safe and comfortable year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
* Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and options
* Document findings and recommendations using service software
* Maintain clean, organized work vehicle and job sites
* Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
* 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred
* EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus
* Strong diagnostic and communication skills
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Must be comfortable using tablets or mobile dispatch tools
