Job Description:
Responsible for performing maintenance on
Residential HVAC systems
in accordance with company standards, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role also includes supporting and mentoring junior technicians.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
5+ years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE
experience required.
Strong troubleshooting
skills across a range of equipment
Experience with
HVAC repair and replacement
recommendations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
Knowledge of air balancing principles
EPA Universal Certification
required. (NATE certification a plus)
Must possess required tools for the role
