The Role:
OurBedford,MAsite is hiring aManufacturing Technician forweekendshifts(FridaytoMonday10AMto8 PM)to joinour ESC Operations teamThisrole will work closely with other team members within the ESC Operations group. Responsibilities include operating automated robots to manufacture products, assembling parts according to established procedures, and runninghighvacuumtools and hydraulic presses. The ideal candidate will be willing tocross trainand supportadditionalwork areas as needed to meet business demands.
What You Will Do:
Follow all safety best practices and wear required PPE while on the production floor.
Operate automated robots, hydraulic presses, and other production equipment as assigned.
Perform operational checks and preventive maintenance to ensure equipmentremainsin good workingcondition.
Operate vacuum systems and other processing tools according to established procedures.
Set up (fixture) andde-fixtureparts for vacuum and processing operations.
Perform part assembly andwet etchprocesses as needed.
Follow work instructionsstepbystepwith 100% adherence tomaintainproduct quality.
Inspect parts visually and using metrology tools in alignment with quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area by following Entegris 6S standards.
Execute tasks based on production priorities and adjust workflow accordingly.
Record work confirmations in SAP and enter inspection/production data in CamLine.
Participate actively in shiftpass downsto communicate updates on safety, quality, and production priorities.
Clean fixtures and parts asrequiredto support production.
Provide feedback to Engineering on potential process improvements.
Demonstrate and promote Entegris PACE values in all daily activities.
What We Seek:
High SchoolDiploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of3yearsmanufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)
Must be able toworkOvertimewhenneeded.
Able to work around chemicals(including but not limited toIPA,Acetone,FeCl, HCL)
Fluency in English isrequiredfor training purposes.
Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift.
Ability to work ina cleanroom.
Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)
Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Self-starteris capableof dealingwith a variety of tasks in afast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.
An idealcandidate will havea keeneye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, andpossessa positive attitude.
Previousexperience working in a manufacturing environment.
Problem Solving - Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.

Compensation is based on experience, starting pay range is $24-$26 per hour.
