What You’ll Do and Who You Are
You’re honest, likable, and approachable. You communicate easily with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing. You observe, report, and analyze changes in client condition. You listen well, make decisions, and are passionate about customer focus. You provide "best‑in‑class" care management and continually strive for excellence. You are accountable, assertive, and serve as a role‑model through coaching and training of new caregivers.
Must Haves
Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the state
Minimum two years of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred)
Current CPR certification
Ability to perform nursing procedures under physician direction as per the State’s Nurse Practice Act
Meets requirements for direct client care employees
Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle, or adequate transportation
Availability for work on weekends and holidays as needed
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
Participation in in‑service education programs mandated by state law
Working Environment
Primarily works at client’s place of residence; travel may be required
Shift times and days vary with client needs
Will visit rehabs and hospitals to build professional partnerships
