Purpose of Role
The Audio Marketing Operations Department exists to drive profitable growth by translating deep understanding of short and long-term products and marcomm strategies across YCA and YCJ into scalable, high-impact marketing operations. Through execution and continuous improvement, the team designs and runs efficient operating models that balance speed and quality.
Key Accountabilities Include
Support projects and assets that deliver business impact
Support achievement of department KGIs and KPIs
Support the strategic direction of Audio aligned with YCJ
Primary Responsibilities Include
Support the work with external marketing/ad agencies
Develop assets across all media types: video, email, print, web, e-learning/LMS
Core Functional Competencies
Design: Create visual content to effectively share product and brand attributes with target audience
Project Management: Plans, organizes, and manages tasks and resources to bring about successful completion of a specific project
Marketing Communication Integration: Integrate marketing communication campaigns across modes and channels
Production: Produce print, video, email, web design, and LMS content

Ideal
Experience with multi-media and graphic design
Experience with SCORM, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360
Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
Experience with graphic software
Experience finalizing PDFs, PowerPoints, and other data formats as final deliverables
Proficiency in MS Office Tools
Preferred
3+ years of content/asset creation: video, email, print, web, LMS
Familiarity with CRM, ESP and CDP tools for email campaigns
Familiarity with SEO and WCAG best practices
Experience in similar roles within the audio industry
Exposure to AI to enhance efficiency and scalability in operations
Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
Experience with Tridion and Magento, including the ability to update and publish pages safely.
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $80,000.00 - $99,300.00 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
