Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12 Hour Night Shift
Compensation:
$26.82 – $29.80 / hour

Responsibilities
Under RN supervision assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
Administer medications, including IV therapy (if certified), and perform diagnostic tests according to established protocols.
Collaborate in controlled substance counts at the beginning of each shift and respond to codes or health emergencies.
Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum of one (1) year clinic experience preferred.
Current license as a Licensed Practical/Registered Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
CPR certification obtainable and maintainable.
