Position Overview
As an LPN on our night shift team, you will play a key role in providing high‑quality nursing care, supporting residents’ clinical needs, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment overnight.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support CNAs on shift
Respond to resident needs and ensure a safe environment
Schedule
Full‑Time Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN license in North Carolina
Previous long‑term care experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
