Position Overview
As a
Night Shift CNA , you will provide essential hands‑on care while ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable, and dignified throughout the overnight hours. You will work closely with nursing staff to deliver high‑quality care in a calm, team‑or‑iented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
Monitor residents overnight and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
Measure and record vital signs accurately
Support residents with mobility, positioning, and comfort needs
Provide reassurance and emotional support during evening and overnight hours
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
Follow care plans, safety protocols, and facility policies
Schedule & Shift Details
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
12‑hour shifts
Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN positions available
Every other weekend rotation required
Flexible scheduling for PRN staff
