Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Allure of Pinecrest, a skilled nursing facility in Mount Morris, Illinois, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Allure of Pinecrest, you will be the heart of resident care, providing exceptional support and assistance to our residents.
Shift Availability:
First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Third Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
Provide personal care, comfort, and mobility assistance
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
Promote dignity, privacy, and safety
Complete accurate documentation
Requirements:
Active Illinois CNA Certification
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
CPR Certification preferred
Dependable, caring, and team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Sign-On Bonuses:
Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 bi-weekly (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonuses:
$3,000 - Full-Time
$1,500 - Part-Time
