What You'll Do
Respond to call lights and assist residents promptly
Support daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals
Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and safety
Monitor and document intake/output as needed
Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents
What You'll Bring
Active CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, patient‑focused mindset
Willingness to follow state and federal care guidelines
