What You'll Be Doing
Manage and order medications, equipment, and supplies
Administer treatments and medications per physician orders
Monitor residents and communicate changes to doctors and families
Perform skilled nursing tasks like tube feedings, suction, dressing changes, catheterization, and more
Keep a close eye on residents who require critical care
Be an advocate for your patients—ensuring care aligns with their personal wishes and care plans
Accurately document everything in a timely, professional manner
What You Bring
Active RN license in good standing
Solid communication and critical thinking skills
A desire to learn and stay up to date on SNF regulations
A passion for caring for our geriatric population
