Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess interest
Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening
Conduct follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey
Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads
