SAP MDM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant with expertise in S4HANA Migration, Rollouts, and Data Management. The ideal candidate will lead and execute MDM strategies, manage data migration, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage Master Data Management (MDM) activities for SAP projects.
Lead data migration and cutovers in SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Migration, or Rollouts).
Establish and implement MDM best practices and data management capabilities.
Define data management principles, policies, and lifecycle strategies.
Monitor data quality with consistent metrics and reporting.
Work with MDM Leads and stakeholders to drive data governance and compliance.
Track and manage MDM objects, ensuring timely delivery.
Conduct training sessions for teams on S/4HANA MDM.
Participate in daily stand-ups, issue tracking, and dashboard updates.
Identify risks and process improvements for MDM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in SAP MDM.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Data Migration, and Rollouts.
Experience in data governance, lifecycle management, and compliance.
Familiarity with KANBAN boards, ticketing tools, and dashboards.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in training teams on MDM best practices.
Knowledge of automation and productivity improvement tools.
