Your responsibilities

Translate BSH RNA and Bosch global strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Influence operational teams to drive accountability, alignment, and problem‑solving.

Proactively manage and track VCP execution, ensuring milestones are met.

Develop holistic reporting on VCP implementation, including progress against KPIs.

Support senior management with decision‑making by escalating risks and bottlenecks.

Use data, financial insights, and business acumen to refine execution plans.

Partner with Finance to validate KPIs and ensure financial rigor in reporting.

Deliver clear, executive‑ready updates and dashboards to leadership and global stakeholders.

Adapt strategies and plans to evolving business priorities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Required).

Master’s Degree – Business Administration or related field (Preferred).

10+ Years of overall business strategy execution experience (Required).

5‑7 Years of BSH working experience with strong understanding of North American operations and Bosch global dynamics (Required).

Proven track record in strategy execution and cross‑functional project management.

Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Strong collaboration, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Strong understanding of stakeholders and managing departments involved with key strategic projects.

Capable of leading multiple initiatives in parallel.

Familiar with a variety of sales and marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.

Experience in preparing and presenting board‑level presentations.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Strong analytical skills and logical mindset.

Compensation
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skill set and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).

12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).
