About Beautytap
Beautytap is the leading beauty discovery platform built on a community of beauty enthusiasts, creators, and professionals. We combine verified expert reviews, creator-driven video content, and direct retailer integrations to help beauty brands reach consumers with credibility and performance. Our brand partners rely on us for something no influencer agency can offer: content that is professionally validated, performance-optimized, and embedded at the retail point of sale.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce Manager who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram and can build a scalable, high-performance creator engine from the ground up. This is not a traditional campaign management role. You will own ongoing creator recruitment, trend-informed creative direction, and shape Beautytap’s Instagram into a talent acquisition channel, while partnering with the Campaign Success Manager to manage video campaigns. The ideal candidate is immersed in TikTok and Instagram daily, understands platform shifts, content trends, and commerce drivers, and can translate those insights into recruitment strategy, campaign briefs, and brand guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Recruitment & Pipeline Development
Scout 15 to 20 new beauty creators weekly across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
Identify rising talent across skincare, makeup, wellness, haircare, and K-beauty
Evaluate engagement quality, audience demographics, and conversion signals
Develop outreach and onboarding workflows
Convert one-time creators into long-term ambassadors
Track retention and TikTok Shop performance trends
TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Leadership
Serve as internal lead on creator-led commerce.
Monitor Shop trends, bestsellers, and high-volume sellers
Identify creators driving measurable revenue
Analyze add-to-cart behavior and affiliate performance
Advise brands on Shop-optimized content and hooks
Translate platform intelligence into actionable growth strategy
Video Creative & Talent Management
Develop platform-specific briefs and hook frameworks
Design episodic campaign formats
QA deliverables for compliance and performance fit
Coordinate posting calendars aligned to launches
Manage licensing, whitelisting, and paid amplification recommendations
Partner with Campaign Success Manager on execution
Instagram Growth Strategy
Build content calendar focused on attraction and creator storytelling
Showcase campaign wins and partnership highlights
Engage inbound creator interest and cultivate relationships
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Analyze hold rates, watch-through rates, saves, and engagement
Identify scalable creative patterns
Recommend assets for Spark Ads or whitelisting
Report on video KPIs and creator pipeline health
Qualifications
Required
Active daily TikTok and Instagram user with deep platform fluency
3 to 5 plus years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media within beauty or consumer
Proven experience recruiting and briefing creators independently
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop commerce mechanics
Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting video performance metrics
Strong relationship builder with high ownership and initiative
Preferred
Experience with Spark Ads, whitelisting, and creator-led paid strategy
Familiarity with K-beauty and professional beauty ecosystems
Experience using influencer platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, or similar
Instagram brand content strategy experience
Understanding of PDP performance and video-driven conversion
Why Beautytap
Partner with leading beauty brands shaping the future of consumer trust and retail discovery.
Join a high-growth company redefining the intersection of content, community, and commerce.
Thrive in a remote-first culture built on ownership, accountability, and performance excellence.
Compensation
$70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience.
