Position Summary Tom Wood Indian Motorcycles of Lafayette is seeking a dependable and detailoriented Lot Attendant to help maintain the appearance, organization, and readiness of our dealership. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales and service teams by ensuring motorcycles and the lot are clean, wellstaged, and customerready at all times.
Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, showroom, and display areas
Move, stage, and position motorcycles safely for sales, service, and delivery
Perform basic cleaning and detailing of motorcycles to maintain a professional presentation
Assist with motorcycle deliveries, inventory organization, and event setup
Support the sales and service teams with daytoday lot and vehicle needs
Ensure safety procedures are followed when operating or moving motorcycles
Provide a positive first impression for customers through professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate motorcycles (or willingness to learn)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
Dependable, punctual, and teamoriented
Customerfocused attitude with a strong work ethic
