Tom Wood Subaru in Carmel, IN is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Lot Attendant to support our Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment guests arrive.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the sales lane
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales lane, showroom, and lot
Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles as needed
Support the sales team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and vehicle movement
Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dealership environment
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional appearance of all lot areas
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
Qualifications
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Pay & Schedule
$18.00 per hour
Monday–Friday schedule with two shift options: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays required, with a weekday off provided in return
