Key Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional rehabilitation programs
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Educate patients on movement, posture, and recovery techniques
- Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately
- Maintain a supportive and positive environment to enhance patient experience
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for patient care, rehabilitation, and recovery
