Key Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional rehabilitation programs
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Educate patients on movement, posture, and recovery techniques
Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately
Maintain a supportive and positive environment to enhance patient experience
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Passion for patient care, rehabilitation, and recovery
