The Role

Balance functionality, aesthetics, and overall user experience while guiding materials and detailing
Oversee production of high‑quality construction documents and ensure code and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and lead construction administration activities, including submittals, RFIs, and site observations
Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and design excellence
Balance hands‑on project involvement with leadership oversight and team guidance
Serve as a trusted client advisor, leading presentations, supporting business development efforts, and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field
10–15+ years of experience in interior architecture and integrated design
