Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
$75,000 – $80,000 per year
Adecco is hiring a Buyer/Planner for a manufacturing client in Elizabethtown, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone with purchasing and planning experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
Create and manage purchase orders to support production
Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages
Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and resolve delays
Align materials with production schedules and demand
Maintain inventory systems (Kanban or similar)
Analyze data to improve planning and decision-making
Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and logistics teams
Support inventory counts and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in purchasing, planning, or manufacturing planning
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred
Lean manufacturing experience
APICS/CPIM certification
High-mix manufacturing experience

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
