Analytics Manager

As the Technology and Analytics Manager, your role will involve overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the IT Sales and Marketing, Data and Business Analytic and B2B portal services. You will manage a team of IT professionals and third‑party consultants to ensure the system meets business requirements and to provide seamless service delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT, of which 5+ years in people management role

Experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry is a plus

IT Project/Program Management (Practical experiences of SCRUM/PMP applications)

IT Service Management (ITIL foundation mandatory; Advanced level is a plus)

Process Improvement techniques (Process mapping, Kaizen/Rapid Improvement Blitz, Visual Management is a plus)

CRM (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc.), Rate & Quotation Management Systems (design, build and run)

BI Dashboard design and development (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)

Business Portal/Website project/enhancement delivery

Data warehouse

EDI/API

ERP, TMS (CargoWise)

Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Business Engagement

Manage stakeholders to understand new needs and review existing service fit‑for‑purpose

Solution Integration Design

Define service roadmap aligning to business and foundation needs

Collaborate within IT globally to align roadmap directions, standards and policies

Project/Program management

Lead projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring and closing/training‑to‑run

Manage portfolio of projects aligning to service roadmap

Coach team project managers to increase competency and autonomy

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals and suppliers/consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth

Service Operation & Continuous Improvement

Oversee changes, enhancements, incidents resolution, and service requests to be delivered on expected service level

Manage performance of external vendors and service providers

Drive knowledge management and capability delegation (Shift‑left/Service Service)

Manage IT asset lifecycle and visibility

Control IT policies and procedures, including data security and regulatory compliance

Proactively identify and act on opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation, to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Stay up to date with emerging IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices

Salary

$150,000 – $170,000/year based on education and experience level.
