We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team. Our organization is committed to delivering exceptional experiences at a wide variety of events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and teardown of events including arranging furniture and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
Support event managers in executing event plans and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Handle registration and ticketing processes efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and coworkers effectively.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaboratively with diverse groups.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, depending on event scheduling.
Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed during setup and breakdown.
