Event Staff Wine Reception & Dinner Event

Pay Rate: $20/hr
Saturday | 4:00 PM 10:00 PM
Sunday | 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (Schedule may vary slightly based on event flow)
Job Duties

Set up and break down event space (tables, chairs, bar, lounge furniture)
Pour and discuss wines with guests
Support check-in and guest hospitality
Assist with transitions during the event (moving bar setups, staging wine, clearing tables)
Rotate through various roles including bar, floater, parking attendant, and order staging
Job Requirements

Comfortable speaking about and pouring wine
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks
Comfortable working outdoors (may include exposure to blooming flowers)
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Constant standing, frequent walking, lifting, and occasional stair climbing
Dress Code

White collared shirt (polo or button-up), clean and wrinkle-free
Khaki, brown, or black pants (no jeans, leggings, or athletic wear)
Closed-toe, non-slip shoes (no sandals or open-toe shoes)
