What You'll Do
Greet customers with professionalism and guide them through the service process
Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair
Present maintenance recommendations and repair options with transparency
Maintain consistent follow-up on vehicle status, approvals, and timelines
Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before delivery
Support CSI goals through exceptional communication and problem-solving
Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient service department
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or customer-facing automotive role
Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service lane
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
Familiarity with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) is a plus
A calm, professional presence even during high-volume rushes
A team-oriented attitude with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
