We are seeking an experienced
Executive Assistant with HR responsibilities
to join our team and support both people operations and office administration within a dynamic consumer brand. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can balance employee support with operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably within fashion, retail, or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and employee recordkeeping
Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws
Partner with leadership to implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance review processes
Address employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism
Process payroll for all employees
Administration & Operations
Manage day-to-day office operations, including vendor relations, supply management, and office services
Support the CEO with daily calendaring, travel coordination, and special projects
Coordinate company events, team meetings, and training sessions
Oversee administrative processes across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Maintain company documentation, HRIS, and filing systems for compliance and organization
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in retail or consumer brands
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
Preferred Attributes
Experience in fashion or creative industries
Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic and tactical responsibilities
Proactive problem-solver who can adapt to a fast-moving environment
