
Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager based in California to oversee our HR operations across the corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and multi-state branches. This role ensures legal compliance, supports managers and employees, and helps drive key HR programs as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance and policy administration, litigation coordination, compensation, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with California, multi-state, and federal labor laws and HR best practices
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding processes
Administer benefits programs and coordinate with brokers and vendors
Maintain HR policies, handbooks, documentation, and recordkeeping systems
Support organizational initiatives related to culture, engagement, and workforce development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of HR experience with strong California HR exposure
Experience supporting multi-state employees strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills in English required; proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred and considered an asset
