Overview
Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced HR Coordinator II. Ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree and 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
Responsibilities
Processing voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems.
Managing retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes.
Ensuring completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating where applicable with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams.
Administering separation-related documentation (e.g., termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, compliance forms).
Monitoring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
Bachelor's Degree required.
