Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking a FILM Burn‑In Tech Operator for 1st Shift (Monday – Friday). Overtime is available as needed. You will produce Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Burn‑in of resistors to customer specifications.
Compute burn‑in layouts and schedules to maximize capacity.
Construct variances and associated burn‑in equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex burn‑in problems.
Load and unload burn‑in racks, facilitate smooth product flow, and monitor voltages.
Run special test equipment (GARD, Read‑In/Out, STOL, Vacuum Racks) and perform air‑flow checks as assigned.
Coordinate with Supervisor and Special Test personnel on unit expediting or processing.
Coordinate work with Burn‑In Rack Loader and monitor daily workload.
Maintain all burn‑in reports and records.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three months to one year of training in the operation of complex or automated machinery, equipment, and processes.
Training in the application of practical shop mathematics, specifications, drawings, or plans.
