Job Summary
Processes Accounts Payable invoices, balances daily work and coordinates with the Purchasing and Receiving Departments on problems that stop payment on invoices.

What you will be doing
Processes Accounts Payable invoices that are routine.
Identifies Receiving Department problems.
Balances daily work on automated system.
What you will bring along
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Up to one year experience.
Knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet software.
Knowledge of basic accounting/accounts payable.
Organized to meet deadlines.
Communication skills to work between departments and vendors.
