About the Role:
How youll make a difference:
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for interacting with, educating, and advising customers face-to-face and by phone, record-keeping, assisting with inventory and cash management and interacting with local service providers. The Dispensary Associate will be cross-trained in all order fulfillment activities which include preparing orders, entering product information, calling customers with product requests, checking IDs and admitting customers. Skills to be Successful:
- Provide excellent customer service to allcustomersand communicate in a positive and friendly mannerin personandon the phone.
- Accurately process all point-of-saletransactionsand verify order accuracy
- Resolve customerinquiries with professionalism whilediffusingstressful situations.Partner with a member of management forassistanceas needed to ensurehigh standard of customer service
- Perform end-of-dayclosing procedures inPOSsystem & investigate any variances attheend of shift.Report any variances to closingmanagerto ensure effective communication& resolution.
- Comply withstandard operating procedures and State regulations as well as adhering to patient confidentiality and Company policies and procedures
- Maintain aclean& organizedworking environment andassistteam in sanitizing work area and tools (phone, keyboard etc.)

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Proficientverbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate withcustomers andcolleagues
- Dependable team player with great workethic and ability to work 2-3 Saturdays per month
- Experience in a fast pacedcustomer service role preferred
- Medical Marijuana knowledge a plus
Computers and Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPointandOutlook
- Ability to learn, navigate and accurately utilizethe companys Point of Sale & Patient data management software systems

Retailenvironment involves frequent standing, sitting, and walking. Daily administrative tasks require frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination foraccuratetyping, paperwork, and other tasks.
