About the Role: The DispensaryAssociateis responsible forinteracting with, educating, and advisingcustomersface-to-face and by phone, record-keeping,assistingwith inventory and cashmanagementand interacting with local service providers. The DispensaryAssociatewill becross-trainedin all order fulfillment activities whichincludepreparing orders, entering product information, callingcustomerswith product requests, checkingIDsandadmittingcustomers.Excellent work environment with a full benefit package offered including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan,pet insurance,life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves of absence.



How youll make a difference:


  • Provide excellent customer service to allcustomersand communicate in a positive and friendly mannerin personandon the phone.

  • Accurately process allpoint-of-saletransactionsand verify order accuracy

  • Resolvecustomerinquiries with professionalism whilediffusingstressful situations.Partner with a member of management forassistanceas needed to ensurehigh standard of customer service

  • Performend-of-dayclosing procedures inPOSsystem & investigate any variances attheend of shift.Report any variances to closingmanagerto ensure effective communication& resolution.

  • Comply withstandard operating procedures and State regulations as well as adhering to patient confidentiality and Company policies and procedures

  • Maintainaclean& organizedworking environment andassistteam in sanitizing work area and tools (phone, keyboard etc.)

  • Other dutiesasassigned



Skills to be Successful:


  • Proficientverbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate withcustomers andcolleagues

  • Dependable team player withgreat workethic and ability to work 2-3 Saturdays per month

  • Experience in afast pacedcustomer service role preferred

  • Medical Marijuana knowledge a plus

Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects. Ability to work in a humid and pollinated environment.
